Welcome to the Historic Irvington Halloween Festival! Each year, this historic neighborhood welcomes over 80,000 guests for week-long Halloween celebrations. The festival, and its associated events, are designed to bring awareness to the community, to bring commerce to local businesses and sponsors, and to provide fun for individuals of all ages.
